One of the herb types of honey is mountain honey. It is collected by bees from the nectar of rare healing plants growing in mountain valleys. A variety of herbs from mountain regions are widely used in folk medicine. It is the unique medicinal properties of such herbs that are transferred to nectar. To obtain this variety, bees collect nectar from such plants as: rose hips, oregano, lemon balm, bird cherry, radiola, leuzea and other herbs, the list of which is quite large.
